Dr. Franklin is a deeply caring physician that takes the time to get to know his patients and is truly interested in their well-being. He and his staff always make me feel like family. I have been a patient of Dr. Franklins for more years than I can even remember and it is this type of Doctor/staff/patient relationship that has me coming back year after year and their commitment to my well being has never been more important than in the last 3 years. during his Memorial Day vacation with his family, Dr. Franklin drove back to Monterey from Big Sur so he could dispense a Paxlovid prescription for my wife and I. His timeliness of response and care for us is impressive and we appreciate it.

Honestly I got all my questions answered and was given more information in one visit than I’ve received in the last 3 years. Dr. Franklin sent referrals out & I was called that same day to schedule appointments for next week. The attention you get is something beyond comprehension, when other doctors schedule you 1-2 months out. I am entirely grateful for all the information I received and the attention I got. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone I know.
