The staff is always helpful and attentive regardless if it's via phone calls or in person. Dr. Franklin listens, answers questions and has a nice calming presence. I highly recommend this office and the MDVIP service.

Dr Franklin knows his business. He’s a doctor I trust with my health. He knows how to treat me in every situation. And he’s been great.

In todays world having a concierge doctor is the only way to get competent service

Dr Franklin is quick to respond whenever my husband or I need help, or even to our questions. He is both professional and personable, and spends ample time with each patient. It’s obvious he loves his work and is very good at it. He also has great office staff.
